I will miss you Grandpa

Tell me a story grandpa

Tell me a story grandpa,
One of my favorites please
A fairytale of Peter the Prince
Or your childhood memories

He spoke so kind and gentle
As I sat upon his knee
In my heart I felt his love
As he shared his words with me

Tell me a story grandpa
When you left this earthly life,
Did angels come and carry you
Away from all pain and strife?
What is it like to step into
that glorious and heavenly place,
To walk towards our Savior
And feel of his embrace?

In my heart I hear his voice
His story is not yet done
The greatest of all is awaiting
His story has just begun

I will close the book for only a time
This chapter has come to an end
His memory will stay with me
My beloved grandpa and friend

Swimming

Cole and Ali take swimming from the best teacher! It gives us something fun to do once a week since now that I have 3 kids, I dont like doing too much extra stuff. "Maam your daughter is drowning... " Yes every week someone thinks I am just neglecting her.

1. She swims in the lap lane for her lesson
2. She seems too little to be able to swim
3.She likes to pretend shes drowning for fun
4. She loves going under and stays under for a while
5. People are nosy and dont mind their own business
6. They dont realize shes in a lesson!!!
Cole and Kaleb with matching goggles
Ali and Libby take together and love it!
And cute Ty just hangs out and watches. If I was a really nice mom I would jump in and swim with Ty, but hes totally content sitting out.

Mothers Day

My kids were so excited for Mothers Day this year. Chuck was cute and took them to the store to pick out something special. They chose these cute flowers. And also some chocolate covered strawberries... which they ate most of! They are from Ty too... but he was sleeping when I took this photo. The best part was the handmade cards from them. Then Chuck and his brother and their friend got together and made us a yummy dinner after church and I got to take a much needed nap. PERFECT DAY!

Mothers Day Tea

Cole had his Mothers Day tea party at school and it was adorable! They had a little dancing, sang us songs, served dessert and answered some questions about us. And he made me this beautiful hat. Loved it!Coles answers.....

How old is your mom? 20 years old, maybe?
What is her favorite food? Cereal
What is her favorite color? All colors
What does she like to do? She likes to play with us more than cleaning
What does she want for Mothers Day? Flowers I guess and a new dress
My mom looks pretty when.. She wears dresses

So glad he put nice things and nothing embarrassing! He is my sweetie pie and always treats me so good. He is famous for saying "Mom you are the prettiest mom ever." I love this little boy!
