My kids

Ive just been falling more in love with my kids everyday. They are so precious to me and literally are my best buddies. Though its hard to be away from our family in Utah, we have really bonded and its been worth the sacrifices. Motherhood is the hardest thing Ive ever done, yet the most rewarding.

Fishing with the Bears

We went on the most beautiful fishing trip. The bears were fishing right by us only about 5 feet away. We rode in on float planes and so we were in the most gorgeous secluded place. It was one of the coolest things I have ever done.

Bringing the outdoors in

Cole wasnt kidding when he said, "Mom I found a really big stick"....... I was in the other room and when he came around the corner the stick kept going and going and going.........

Alaska

I KNEW I HAD ARRIVED IN ALASKA WHEN........

1. My furniture has yet to come because its coming by boat
2. I became a fishing widow my first weekend here
3. I had to wear my sunglasses at 10pm
4. Verizon wireless doesnt exist here... "can you hear me now?"
5. I shoppped the entire mall, every store, in 30 minutes or less
6. I was only an inch away from Russia on the map
7. Everything on Ebay wouldnt ship to my address
8. My kids woke up and I had to go check the clock to see if it was morning or night
9. Instead of braking for pedestrians... I brake for moose
10.I drove by a bingo club bigger than the mall.... not kidding!

Even with all this being said.... Its gorgeous here and we are loving it so far! Chuck starts his first day of work tomorrow and so thats exciting. When our stuff comes I will post pictures and get back into my blogging world.

a few pictures

Here are a few shots of Chuck's graduation. I am so proud of him and we are excited to be DONE finally. We are visiting in Utah and will be heading up to Alaska in one week. Chuck will be working with his brother up there. This is my last post until we get things set up there.

Graduation

Well yesterday was graduation and being the busy wife... I forgot my camera! But there will be pictures to come later on. Everything went well and now Chuck is offically a dentist... I am so proud of his accomplishments. The movers are coming tomorrow, so it may be a while until I can update... so until then, wish us luck!

Senior Dinner

We went out to dinner with all our friends who are graduating dental school with us. It was so fun to go out and celebrate.



Ali was not happy about us leaving her! Michelle not only took good care of her, but also got some detailed pics so I didnt miss out on her meltdown....
